Mohill manager Eamonn O'Hara Picture: Willie Donnellan
Mohill are Leitrim's last team standing as the Connacht Gold SFC champions face Roscommon's Padraig Pearses in next Sunday's AIB Connacht Club SFC Semi Final in Ballinamore's Pairc Sheain Ui Eslin (1.30 pm).
After defeats for Melvin Gaels & Bornacoola, Mohill's are Leitrim's sole remaining team in provincial action and manager Eamonn O'Hara, who saw a 12 week suspension overturned on appeal last week, stressed that Mohill's players have got to perform on the day!
Speaking to the Observer, Eamonn said “We need everyone to give us an eight out of 10 and a nine out of 10 the next day if we want to have any chance of being competitive but if you want to be a good team, that's the standard. That's what fellas have to do - you just have to turn up on the big day and play really, really well and be very, very competitive.”
See this week’s Leitrim for the rest of our interview with Eamonn O'Hara ahead of Mohill's Connacht Club SFC clash with Padraig Pearses next Sunday.
