The Leitrim fans who braved the rain and cold in Kilcoyne Park, Tubbercurry on Friday at least went home with a warm glow after the County's U17 team claimed an historic first victory in the Connacht MFC Shield Final against Sligo, winning out 4-11 to 2-12.
