St Mary's Darragh Gardiner in action against Allen Gaels Picture: Willie Donnellan
No Senior action in the Men's & Ladies club championship this weekend but still a fairly hectic schedule for clubs with the Smith Monumentals IFC grade reaching a crucial stage.
Depending on results, Gortletteragh, Ballinaglera and St Mary's Kiltoghert may be headed for the relegation series if they fail to win this weekend - not even a draw in the games above them would be enough as all three need to win but they face three of the four unbeaten teams in the grade.
Below we take a brief look at the games:
SMITH MONUMENTALS IFC
St Mary’s Kiltoghert v Drumkeerin: The Carrick men ran into proverbial propeller blades last Sunday against Allen Gaels and it is hard to see how it will get any better here against a Drumkeerin team who can seal their knockout place with a victory.
Carrigallen v Bornacoola: Whoever wins will have one foot in the knockout stages but hard to know how it will. Both impressed in their defeats and took hard fought wins - it will be very tight but home advantage may swing it Carrigallen's way.
St Patrick’s Dromahair v Gortletteragh: Dromahair can wrap up a knockout spot here with a win but Gortletteragh absolutely need a win or they could be destined for the relegation playoffs. In the League, Dromahair had a big win and they look set to repeat that here.
Ballinaglera v Annaduff: Annaduff haven't been pulling up trees so far but they have been getting results. Dromahair put them to the pin of their collars but they almost got a win. Glera need the win desperately but Annaduff appear to have too much strength.
Kiltubrid v Allen Gaels: Normally this game would appear far too close to call but such is the strength of Allen Gaels, it appears foolish to go against them. Kiltubrid picked up a vital win over Bornacoola but this looks a step too far.

Mohill v Drumkeerin: A win here is a big step into the playoffs. Hard to know the form guide with a deferred game on Tuesday (yesterday) but Drumkeerin's scoring power should see them advance.
Fenagh v St Brigid's: This contest will decide who makes it into the semi finals but hard to know the form guide. Fenagh pushed Dromahair last Sunday and were unlucky against Mohill and they appear to have a slight edge.

Cloone v Eslin: A big game for Eslin here as a loss would leave them adrift in group 2, although they would have games against second string sides Annaduff and Mohill to come. Cloone's form hasn't been great this year but they may spring a surprise although a result either way would not be a surprise.
Glencar Manorhamilton v Aughavas: Aughavas should prove too strong for Glencar Manorhamilton's second string here although a free weekend for their senior side might free up resources. Still expect Aughavas to win.
Mohill v Drumreilly: Mohill's second string shouldn't be taken lightly but after wins over Eslin and Cloone, hard not to see Drumreilly securing their knockout spot here.
Melvin Gaels v Aughnasheelin: Again, hard not to see Aughnasheelin picking up the win here against Melvin Gaels' second string. It will be tougher than expected in Kinlough but Aughnasheelin have too much for them.

Melvin Gaels v Keeldra Gaels: Keeldra Gaels suffered a six point loss to Annaduff but they would appear to have too much strength for the Kinlough women in this one.
FRESH TODAY JUNIOR B FC
Leitrim Gaels v Ballinamore Sean O’Heslins: Ballinamore would appear favourites in this one with the Gaels failing to field in the first round. They have the resources but Ballinamore's second string look strong in this grade.
Fenagh St Caillins v Allen Gaels: An intriguing tie but the Gaels focus will be on their first team, expect Fenagh to take the win at home.
St Patrick’s Dromahair v Gortletteragh: Dromahair, normally good at this grade, should take the verdict at home.
Kiltubrid v Carrigallen: Carrigallen failed to field the first day out and Kiltubrid suffered a heavy loss so hard to know what way this will go.
FRESH TODAY JUNIOR C FC
Leitrim Gaels v St Mary’s Kiltoghert: Another derby will ensure this is hard fought and you've got to think the Gaels second string will be too strong for Mary's third team.
Aughavas v Glenfarne Kiltyclogher: Both suffered heavy defeats but Aughavas may just edge this at home.
Aughawillan v Drumkeerin: The Willies had a hard fought draw against St Mary's and that could carry them to victory at home against Drumkeerin.
