Leitrim's opening game of the 2026 season will now take place in Connacht GAA Centre of Excellence at 2.30 pm today (Sunday) after Orchard Park in Elphin was ruled unplayable due to the cold conditions that has afflicted the country overnight.
With snow on the ground in the area, the famed Elphin venue was ruled unplayable after a pitch inspection this morning with the game switched to the Connacht GAA Centre of Excellence in Bekan with a later throw-in time of 2.30 pm.
