Leitrim name team to face Longford in Allianz NFL Division 4 clash

Leitrim manager Steven Poacher has named his Leitrim team to face Longford in the Green & Gold's last home game of the 2026 Allianz NFL Division 4 campaign in Heartland Credit Union Pairc Sean Mac Diarmada with five changes from the team that started the loss against Tipperary in Clonmel.

Coming into the starting team are Annaduff’s Conor Reynolds, Mohill’s Sean Harkin and Conor Reynolds, Glencar Manorhamilton’s Jack Kelly and Mark Diffley of St Mary’s Kiltoghert with Reynolds, Diffley and Harkin all starting in defence, Quinn at midfield and Kelly at corner-forward.

From the team that lost to Tipperary, Ballinamore Sean O’Heslins Donal Feely and Paul Honeyman, Glencar Manorhamilton's James Rooney, Ben Guckian of St Mary’s Kiltoghert and Melvin Gaels’ Cillian McGloin all drop to the bench.

Ballinamore’s Tom Prior is also not included in the 26-strong match day squad which is again captained by Fenagh St Caillins' Ryan O'Rourke.
