Championship draws throw up intriguing fixtures

The draws for this years Senior, Intermediate and Junior Football Championships were made last night in The Bush Hotel and they threw up some intriguing fixtures, most noticably the pairing of five in a row chasing Glencar/Manorhamilton and last year’s Intermediate Champions Melvin Gaels.

The draws for this years Senior, Intermediate and Junior Football Championships were made last night in The Bush Hotel and they threw up some intriguing fixtures, most noticably the pairing of five in a row chasing Glencar/Manorhamilton and last year’s Intermediate Champions Melvin Gaels.

The draws are as follows:

Senior Championship

Group 1: Mohill; Carrigallen; C: Melvin Gaels; Glencar/Manorhamilton

Group 2: St. Mary’s Kiltoghert; Ballinamore Sean O’Heslin’s; Kiltubrid; Annaduff

Group 3: Bornacoola; Aughawillan; Drumreilly; Allen Gaels

Intermediate Championship

Group 1: Fenagh St. Caillin’s; St. Patrick’s Dromahair; Glencar/Manorhamilton; Aughavas

Group 2: Melvin Gaels; Cloone; Aughnasheelin; Ballinaglera

Group 3: Drumkeerin; Gortletteragh; Glenfarne/Kilty; Eslin

Junior Championship

Group 1: Carrigallen; Dromahair; Annaduff; Allen Gaels

Group 2: Gortletteragh; Drumkeerin; Mohill; Kiltubrid

Group 3: Bornacoola; Ballinamore Sean O’Heslin’s; Leitrim Gaels; St. Mary’s Kiltoghert
