Leitrim hurlers must travel to Maguiresbridge, Co Fermanagh for their Lory Meagher Cup Semi-Final after the fixture was released by Croke Park.

The game will have a 4.00 throw-in on Saturday as the hurlers look to overcome a Fermanagh side that handed Leitrim a 6-27 to 2-6 victory in the Allianz Hurling League earlier in the year. However, Leitrim may draw some comfort from the fact that Longford, who they defeated last Sunday by four points, suffered a 1-19 to 1-8 victory in the first round of the Meagher Cup.

Leitrim GAA have also released the grouping for the U-12 Mini-Leagues which are due to commence on Monday, June 4. All games are two 20 minutes halves with a maximum of 11 players per team. All players must get meaningful playing time on the pitch which must measure 90-100m x 40-50m. Players are restricted to two plays per possession after which the ball must be passed or kick - droping the ball and picking again or dribbling by the player who had possession will be deemed a third play.

Frees will be taken by the player fouled or, in the case of over-carrying, the nearest player while the side to side charge is permitted. There will be no penalty kicks and kickouts can be taken from the hand or ground.

Under the GAA’s respect initiative, players will line up and shake hands before and after the game, mentors must wear the respect bibs and referees will be asked to record on their report form if respect initiative has been observed.

The groupings for the U-12 Mini-Leagues are as follows:

Group 1: St. Mary’s Kiltoghert, Fenagh St. Caillin’s, Melvin Gaels, Drumkeerin & Garadice Gaels

Group 2: Allen Gaels, Glencar/Manorhamilton, Kiltubrid; Annaduff, Ballinamore Sean O’Heslin’s

Group 3: Mohill, Leitrim Gaels, Dromahair, Carrigallen, Aughavas

Group 4: Aughansheelin, Gortletteragh, Glenfarne/Kilty, St. Osnat’s Glencar, Bornacoola, Cloone
