Stepping up to the challenge of building a strong business in Carrick-on-Shannon

Running a business is challenging but Ina Arseni, has recently expanded her business model to include a second premises in Carrick-on-Shannon.
Ina was born in Republic of Moldova and moved to Leitrim in 2012. Ina is married and also a mother but says that she loves to challenge herself.


After working for a number of years in Fanceso's Takeaway in Carrick-on-Shannon she took over the business in 2017 and it has gone from strength to strength, developing a much deserved reputation for excellent, freshly prepared food and high levels of customer service.
As well as traditional dine-in and take away options, Francesco's also offers customers online ordering.
After the success of Francesco's Ina saw a good opportunity to further grow her business portfolio and in 2021 she opening a new take away in Carrick-on-Shannon - David's Traditional Takeaway on Bridge Street. Like Francesco's this business offers customers amazing food and plenty of it!


Ina says that she is very proud to be working and living in Leitrim. She is an inspirational example of what can be achieved through hard work and determination.
