Lough Rynn Harvest Festival is one of the events to receive funding.
Festival and events funding in the Carrick-on-Shannon Municipal District for 2023 was approved at last week's meeting.
The following were the recipients of funding:
Carrick Carnival €2,000
Irish Cultural Retreat €2,000
LAPWD Fun Walk/Run/Roll Mohill €620
Breffni Community Development Breffni Family Festival €880
St Mary's Kiltoghert GAA Carrick Country Music Festival €500
Bornacoola Community Development Association Lough Rynn Harvest Festival €500.
Total €6,500.
