Trainee Jason Lee Duncan represented Leitrim Community Training Centre in the All-Island Healthy Home Chef competition on Wednesday last, April 19. This event was held in St Angela's college, Sligo and was judged by a panel of judges from St Angela's and Chef Nevin Maguire. Jason qualified along with 15 other finalists from almost 600 entries from around the country to prepare and cook a healthy meal for two.
