Deirdre Lynch, Corryard, Drumshanbo, Leitrim - 24th May 2023 surrounded by her loving family at Galway University Hospital. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her heartbroken husband Frank Payne, sisters Eimear Lynch (Drumshanbo) and Aoiveen Simpson (Dublin), brother Denis (Maynooth), sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Deirdre will repose on Friday evening 26th from 5.30pm until 7pm at the Heritage Centre, Chapel of Rest, Church Lane, Carrick-on-Shannon (N41 KP62) Removal to St Patrick's Church, Drumshanbo on Saturday morning for Mass of Christian Burial at 11o'clock followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at 2pm. House private please

Charles Golden, Foxfield, Manorhamilton, Leitrim - Peacefully at Richmond ICU, Beaumont Hospital following a tragic accident. Predeceased by his father Victor. Deeply missed by his wife Heather, daughters Arlene, Rebecca, Victoria, son Graham, his mother Eileen, son in laws Aodh and Patrick, daughter in law Ciara, grandchildren Jack, Louie, Seamie, Avery, Adam and Heidi, sisters Breege and Helena, aunts, brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Removal to Manorhamilton Church of Ireland on Friday to arrive for Funeral Service at 2pm, followed by burial in adjoining graveyard. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to North West Hospice c/o Funeral Director.

Crissi McCarthy (née Murray), Fermoy, Cork / Drumsna, Leitrim - Crissie passed away peacefully on May 24th 2023 in her 91st year, in the warm care of the Staff at Amberly Nursing Home Fermoy. Beloved wife of the late Liam, predeceased by her parents, James & Margaret, her siblings, Peggy, PJ, Seamus and Patsy, dear mother of Seán, Liam, Moira, Mairéad, Eibhlín, Timothy, Ciarán, Finbarr, Brendan and Elizabeth. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her cherished grandchildren, Fergal, Muireann, Alice, William, Helen, Donal, Sharon, Étaín, Eve Thade and Alannah, sister Angie, sons-in-law, Oliver, Denis & Martin daughters-in-law, Audrey and Sandi, sister-in-law, Chris, brother-in-law,Thomas, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends especially in Fermoy. Reposing at her home, Glenabo, Fermoy on Friday 5pm to 7pm, followed by removal to St. Patrick's Church, Fermoy. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 2pm. Funeral afterwards to Kilcrumper New Cemetery, Fermoy. Family flowers only, donations, in lieu, to COPE, Fermoy please.

Margaret Sweeney (née Rooney), Blacksod, Belmullet, Mayo / Manorhamilton, Leitrim - peacefully, at the Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar, surrounded by her family, on 24th May 2023. Predeceased by her parents James and Annie Rooney, nephew Philip Rooney, nephew in law David Sweeney and father in law Ted Sweeney. Beloved wife of Gerry and dear mother to Ursula, Fergus and Dermot and adored grandmother to Eva Sweeney. She will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family, brother Paudraig (Letterkenny, Co. Donegal), sister Philomena (Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim), mother in law Maureen Sweeney, brothers in law, sister in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends. Remains will repose at McDonnell Funeral Home, Belmullet, on Friday evening from 5pm until 7pm with funeral arriving at St. Brendan’s Church, Tirrane, at 8.30pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday afternoon at 2pm, followed by burial in Faulmore Cemetery. Live streaming of the Funeral Mass will be available for viewing on McDonnell Funeral Directors Facebook page on Saturday afternoon at 2pm, with all other funeral services available for viewing at 9pm on Saturday evening.
