The Sligo Antiques Vintage and Collectables fair has gone from strength to strength since its inception in 2006.

The upcoming 32nd Fair will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel Sligo on Sunday, 22nd October. This spacious venue can accommodate more than 35 dealers from all over Ireland, making the Sligo Fair one of the largest fairs nationally.

The line-up of dealers for the upcoming fair promises to offer a wide range of quality items.

This will include fine and costume jewellery, furniture, décor, porcelain and pottery, glassware, silver and metal ware, handmade rugs, clocks, pocket and wrist watches, books, paintings and prints, sculpture, objets d’art, coins, banknotes, medals, postcards, militaria, ephemera (to include history of Sligo and the Northwest) and collectables.

Everyone is welcome, from the curious browser to the first time buyer to the serious collector. There is quite literally something for everyone.

Visitors to the upcoming Fair will have a musical treat in store as they contemplate the exciting range of quality goods, styles and periods that will be offered that day.

Always keen to highlight different aspects of local historical and cultural interest, the organisers of the Sligo Fair are delighted to announce that the acclaimed harpist, Ramona Sakalauskaite, who has been resident in Sligo since 2010, will be enchanting those present by performing her unique interpretations of timeless melodies.
Ramona will be performing between 2pm and 4pm.

The Fair will open from 11am to 6pm.

Admission is €3.50 (€2.50 for students and senior citizens) and is free for children under 16, who are welcome when accompanied by an adult. A definite date for the diary!
