The eight-part series shadows the incredible people who drop everything to come to the aid of people in need across Ireland at sea, on the ground and in the air.
Over the Summer and early Autumn of 2022, teams from Big Mountain Productions gained unparalleled access to the men and women of the Irish Coast Guard, mountain rescue teams and community rescue boats across Ireland.
User-generated content (UGC) was created through wearable tech and drones to bring these stories alive. Access to all these community volunteer organisations is a TV first.

In the episode due to air on October 26, the Sligo/Leitrim Mountain Rescue team look back on a difficult call-out and reflect on the highs and lows of volunteering in the rescue services.
Costelloe Bay Coast Guard help out at Feile an Sruthan, a busy regatta in Galway and Strandhill, Sligo, where the annual Warrior Run takes place, a gruelling 15KM trail kilometres up and down Knocknarea mountain.
Episode 4 airs Thursday, October 26, at 8pm on TG4.
This coincides with the team's annual street collection, which takes place on Saturday, October 28, in Sligo town, where members of the public can meet team members involved in the production.
