TONIGHT: Becoming rat5her cloudy but dry overall then during the evening. It will be quite cold, too, with lows of 0 to -2 degrees for western counties with some frost and ice but staying a little milder in the east with lows of 1 to 3 degrees in a light easterly breeze.
