Mary P. Rooney, Fanad, Co Donegal / Glenade, Co Leitrim
Mary P. Rooney, resident at Áras Uí Dhomhnaill, Milford, Co. Donegal. Formerly Carnoona, Glenade, Co. Leitrim,  Queens, New York, USA, and Rossnakill, Fanad, Co. Donegal, peacefully at Letterkenny University Hospital on Wednesday, February 7th. Predeceased by her husband Pat (2021). Deeply regretted by all her family, neighbours and many many friends. Mary's remains will arrive at St. Columba's Church, Massmount, Fanad, Co. Donegal at 4pm, on Sunday, 11th February to repose overnight. Requiem Mass will be held on Monday 12th at 10am with burial afterwards in Mullies Cemetery, Mullies, Co. Leitrim.

Stasia (Anastasia) McGarry, Leitrim Town, Co Leitrim
The death has occurred of Stasia (Anastasia) McGarry (nee Murphy), Drumleague, Leitrim Town, Co Leitrim, N41VK09, who died peacefully at home on Wednesday, 7th February. Predeceased by her husband Celsus, brothers Sean, Mikey and Gerry, sisters Betty, Maura and Ita. Sadly missed by her loving sister Vera Whelan, Dublin, her children Mary (Jimmy), Padraig (Paula), Sean (Sheila), her grandchildren Chloe, Nicole, Caoimhe, Rachel, Aoibhé, Raymond, Oisín, nieces, nephews, neighbours and her wide circle of friends. Removal from her residence to St Patrick's Church, Drumshanbo on Friday, 9th February, arriving at 7:30pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 11:00am in St Patrick's Church Drumshanbo, followed by burial in the New Cemetery. House private on Friday.
Eddie Wrynn, Drumreilly, Co Leitrim
Eddie Wrynn, Drumcoura, Drumreilly, Co Leitrim, on Tuesday, 6th February. Eddie will be sadly missed by his sister Margaret and brother Tom, his nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and large circle of friends. Reposing at Smith's Funeral Home, High St. Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim N41 TD62, this Friday evening from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning in St. Mary’s Church, Drumreilly, at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
Ann Scott, Sligo Town / Carrick-on-Shannon, Co Leitrim
Ann Scott (née O’Reilly), Nazareth Nursing Home, Sligo and late of Summerhill, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Leitrim, on Wednesday, February 7th, peacefully surrounded by her family in the loving care of the staff at Nazareth Nursing Home, Sligo. Predeceased by her husband Jim (Seamus) and son Aidan (April 16th, 2023). Dearly loved mother of Noel (Sligo) and Declan (Drumcar, Co. Louth). Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughter-in-law Jan and grandchildren Lisa, Emma and Sarah, daughter-in-law Mary and her extended family, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends. Reposing at Nazareth Chapel, Church Hill, Sligo F91 N1WT from 4.00pm to 6.00pm on Friday, February 9th. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Church, Carrick-on-Shannon at 12.00noon on Saturday, February 10th. Burial follows in St. Mary’s Cemetery. 
Loretta Earley, Arigna, Co Roscommon
The death has occurred of Loretta Earley (née Leydon) Lislea, Arigna, Co. Roscommon, on Thursday, February 8th, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and in the tender care of the staff at Sligo University Hospital. Predeceased by her beloved husband Paddy, her infant grandson Matthew, her parents Tom and Bridget Leydon, sisters Florrie Spellman, Beatrice Lehany and Agnes Leydon, brothers Tommy and Packie Leydon. Loretta will be sadly missed by her daughters Martina, Ethna and Anne, her sons Padraig, Vincent and Brian, sons-in-law Patrick and Granton, daughters-in-law Maria and Martina, her 12 grandchildren Aoife, Sinéad, Aisling, Darren, Jennifer, Craig, Shona, Adam, Rián, Brandon, Kieran and Sarah, nephews, nieces, neighbours and many friends. Reposing at Shivnan’s Funeral Home, Ballyfarnon on Friday evening from 5.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m. Removal from her home on Saturday afternoon to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Arigna, arriving for Mass of Christian Burial at 2 o’clock. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. 
Margaret (Maggie) Brady, Ballinalee / Moyne, Co Longford
Margaret (Maggie) Brady (nee Grimes), 'Colmann', Aughnashinnagh, Ballinalee, Co. Longford, ​​​​​​​N39 X9X0. ​​​​​​​(Formerly Drumury, Moyne, Co. Longford) on Thursday, ​​​​​​​February 8th, peacefully, in the loving care of her family and the staff at Lisdarn, Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by her loving husband Patrick (Packie), brothers Liam and JP and her parents. Fondly loved and missed by her sons Colm and Padraig, devoted daughters Catherina, Marie-Thérése, Bríd, Mairéad, Carmel, Patricia and Louise, daughters-in-law Audrey and Nellie, sons-in-law/partners Anthony, Dermot, Ian, Kieran and Seán, siblings James, Nellie, Tommy, Joe, Kathleen, Mel and their spouses. Also missed by her cherished grandchildren Morgan, Samuel, Shona, Darragh, Aobh, Patrick, Julia, Eve and Sadhbh, nieces and nephews and extended family, neighbours and her many friends. Reposing at her home tomorrow, Friday 9th, from 2 o clock until 8 o clock. Funeral Mass at 11 o clock on Saturday in the Holy Trinity Church, Ballinalee. Burial afterwards in St. Emer's Cemetery, Ballinalee.

Bernadette (Ben) McTiernan, Ballygawley / Geevagh, Co Sligo
The death has occurred of Bernadette (Ben) McTiernan, Ballygawley, Co. Sligo.(formerly Geevagh, Co. Sligo) on Wednesday, February 7th, peacefully surrounded by her loving family and in the tender care of the staff at Drumderrig Nursing Home, Boyle. Pre-deceased by her beloved husband James and son Declan. Ben will be sadly missed by her son Gerry, daughters Bernadette, Josephine and Jacqueline, daughter-in-law Marian, son-in -law Mark, grandchildren Barry, Jason, Liam, P.J., Emma and Matthew and great-grandchild Lúaithe, nephews, nieces, her many friends and neighbours. Removal on Monday morning, February 12, to the Church of the Assumption, Sooey, for celebration of Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in St. Joseph’s Cemetery Sooey.
