The second extension is a part one of a single storey and part two of the storey is over a basement extension within the former walled enclosure to provide twenty-eight bedrooms.
It will also feature a leisure centre, swimming pool, gym, spa, treatment rooms, changing areas, reception lobby, library and bar with glazed walkway to the stables courtyard.

The proposed development also consists of the removal of approximately thirty nine metres of stone walls to provide for the entrance to the leisure centre and new vehicular entrance to the former farmyard as well as new entrances at the new restaurant and new opening in the south wall of former walled enclosure.
Hard and soft landscaping, an upgrade of the on-site wastewater treatment system and eighteen disabled parking spaces, cycle parking, site services, and all ancillary and associated works are also all proposed to be constructed as part of the third extension site.
The proposed development will comprise the carrying out of works to a protected structure and within the curtilage of protected structures which means that it must come with a natura impact statement.
