The Sligo Leitrim Children & Young People’s Services Committee (CYPSC) will host an information exhibition on Thursday, September 25th at the Landmark Hotel, Carrick-on-Shannon.

The free event, open from 10am to 4pm, aims to highlight the range of supports available for children, young people, and families in the region. Service presentations will take place at 10.30am and 1.30pm.

A wide selection of organisations will be represented, including Tusla – Child and Family Agency, the HSE, Local Authority, An Garda Síochána, the Probation Service, Family Resource Centres, Foróige, Youth Work Ireland, Home Youth Liaison Service, Drugs Task Force, Lifestart Supporting Parents, Springboard, domestic violence services, volunteer centres, and the National Learning Network.

The exhibition will give families and professionals a chance to meet directly with service providers, learn what supports are available, and find out how to access them.

CYPSC, which brings together statutory, community, and voluntary providers at county level, was established by Government to plan and co-ordinate services for children and young people in every county in Ireland.

Media are invited to attend, and a press release with photos will issue following the event.
