Garda appeal in search for missing man

Carrick-on-Shannon gardai are appealing for the assistance of the public in locating a 33 year old man missing in the town since the early hours of Sunday morning.

Colm Boylan, from Co Meath, is described as being 5 foot 9 inches tall, and of stocky build. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans and blue nike runners at around 1.30am on July 17 in Carrick-on-Shannon.

Gardai are appealing for anyone who may have noticed a man matching this description in the town on the night in question to contact them on (071) 9650510. 

They are especially keen to talk to anyone who may have given a lift or any taxi who may have picked up a man matching this description.
