Decision due next month on Lidl planning application

An Bord Pleanála will make its final decision on the application for a new Lidl store in Carrick-on-Shannon.

The decision is expected to be made by September 13.

However that decision has since been appealed to An Bord Pleanala.

A number of objections have been made to the proposed development.
