Men granted bail on IRA membership charges

Two Sligo men arrested just outside Manorhamilton earlier this month and charged with membership of the IRA have been granted bailed at a sitting of the Special Criminal Court last week.

Damhan McFadden, Kilmacowen, Ballysadare, Sligo and Julian Flohr, Rusheen Ard, Caltra, Sligo are charged with membership of an unlawful organisation, styling itself the Irish Republian Army, otherwise Óglaigh na hÉireann, otherwise the IRA, on August 14, 2016.
