Recent deaths in the Leitrim area

Margaret Staide (née McDermott), Townabo, Hilstreet, Carrick-on-Shannon

The death has occurred of Margaret Staide (née McDermott), Townabo, Hilstreet, Carrick-on-Shannon, Roscommon, Hertfordshire, England and late of Townabo, Hillstreet and Lodge, Drumlion. Wife of the late Joe. Peacefully in England. Sadly missed by her loving daughter Caroline, son-in-law Mike, sisters Annie Brennan and Bridgie McDermott, extended family, relatives and friends.

Mass in St, Mary's Church, Aughrim, Wednesday 5th October at 12 noon. Burial of ashes afterwards in Aughrim Cemetery.

Maura Fitzpatrick (née Rynn) Hillside,Tunker, Belturbet

The death has occurred of Maura Fitzpatrick (née Rynn) Hillside,Tunker, Belturbet, Cavan. Wife of the late Austin. Peacefully, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her beloved daughter Anne, son Seamus, brother Sean and sister Anna, grandmother to Katja, Isabel, Jack, Marcas and Grace, daughter-in-law Sile and son-in-law Wolfram, nephews, niece, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Remains reposing at her residence until 5pm on Monday with removal at 6.30pm to arrive at St. Patrick's Church, Drumalee, for 7pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning at 11am, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

Sarah Brady (née Reynolds), 9 Sliabh Corglass, Moyne, Longford

Predeceased by her father Seamus, deeply regretted by her heartbroken family, husband Stephen, children Oisin and Caoimhe, mother Bridget,brothers Vincent and James, sister Jacqueline,aunts, uncles, cousins,nephews, nieces, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law,relatives and friends. Removal on Sunday afternoon to St Mary's Church, Legga arriving for 2.30pm Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in Legga Cemetery. House strictly private on Sunday morning.
