Recent deaths in the Leitrim area - updated

Anne & Jim Reynolds, Glack, Golf Links Road, Longford Town, Longford

Anne (nee Lenehan), 5th November 2016 and her loving husband Jim, 6th November 2016. Sadly missed by their loving family, daughters Angela and Orlagh, sons John and James, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, Jim’s sister Teresa, his sisters-in-law, their grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Jim and Anne will repose at their residence on Tuesday from 3 o’clock until 8 o’clock. Removal on Wednesday to arrive at St. Mel’s Cathedral for Mass of the Resurrection at 1 o’clock, interment afterwards in Ballymacormack Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer’s Society. House private on Wednesday morning please.

Phyllis Banahan (née Driver)Camlin, Ballinameen, Boyle, Roscommon

Peacefully at Drumderrig Private Nursing Home, Boyle. Predeaced by her husband Padraic, sadly missed by he loving family Marie,Claire, Peter, Michael, son-in-laws, daughter-in-laws, grandchildren, sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at the family home on Tuesday 8th from 3pm. Removal from her residence on Wednesday 9th to St Attracta's Church Ballinameen arriving for 12.30 Mass with burial immediately afterwards to Caldra Cemetery. Due to the death of Phyllis Banahan Boyle Glass will remain closed until Monday 14th November.

Julie McCann (née Graham), Corlaghaloo, Belturbet, Cavan

Mc Cann, Julie, Corlaghaloo, Belturbet, Co. Cavan on November 6th, peacefully, at Cavan General Hospital. Deeply regretted by her dear husband Seamus, son Martin, daughters Clare and Róisín, grandchildren Kieran, Aaron and Archie, brothers Richard, Jimmy, John, Pat and Francis, sisters Anita, Mary and Margaret, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces relatives and friends.

Removal on Tuesday morning at 11.30am to arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Drumalee, Belturbet for 12 noon Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Cavan/Monaghan palliative care c/o Mark Lawlor Undertakers.

Mervyn Regan, Nure, Lurganboy, Manorhamilton, Co Leitrim

Peacefully, at North West Hospice Sligo. Sadly missed by his family, neighbours and friends. Funeral Service on Tuesday at 2pm followed by burial in Drumcliff Churchyard Sligo.

Olive Dobson (née Keegan), Drumhanny House, Mohill, Co Leitrim

In her 93rd year, in the loving care of the nurses and staff of Arus Carolan Nursing Home. Predeceased by her husband Norman and son William. Deeply regretted by her sons George and David, daughter Hazel, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, neighbours and friends. Funeral Service on Tuesday (8th November) at 3pm in St. Mary's Church of Ireland, Mohill, with burial in local cemetery. Family time Tuesday morning, please.
