The death has occurred of Gordon Gurney, Cloystara, Moneygold, Grange, Co Sligo and formerly of Kiltyclogher, Co Leitrim. Sadly missed by his loving wife Nellie, daughter Claire, son Paul, daughter-in-law Edel, grandchildern, relatives, neighbours and many friends. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Reposing at Our Lady's Hospital Chapel, Manorhamilton on Wednesday morning, November 16 from 11am to 12.30pm followed by removal to St Patrick's Church, Kiltyclogher for Funeral Mass at 1pm. Burial afterwards to adjoining cemetery.
Neil Browne, 2 Glenview Close, Lismonaghan, Letterkenny and Ballyshannon, Co Donegal
At the University Hospital, Galway. Formerly of Rossnowlagh Road, Ballyshannon. Reposing at his late residence, 2 Glenview Close, Lismonaghan, Letterkenny. Removal this morning, Monday, November 14, at 11.15am to St Eunan’s Cathedral for 12 noon Funeral Mass. Interment afterwards to Conwal Cemetery. House private to family and close friends please. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Donegal Hospice.
Mary Grogan (née Fay), Killylea, Belturbet, Co Cavan
Mary Grogan (née Fay) wife of the late John, Killylea, Belturbet, Co Cavan, November 14, 2016, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Deeply regretted by her sons Seamie, Sean, Francie, Kevin, Patsy, Philip and Martin, daughters Marie (Corby, Newtowngore) and Margaret (Mallanaphy, Kinawley), daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Remains will be reposing at the residence of her son Martin and Ann, Killylea today, Tuesday, from 2pm until 9pm. House private at all other times please. Removal on Wednesday morning at 11.30am to arrive at the Church of Immaculate Conception, Belturbet for 12 noon Funeral Mass with Burial afterwards in Drumalee Cemetery.
Sheila Maguire (née McDermot), Rockview and Maguires Pub, Blacklion, Co Cavan
Removal on today, Tuesday (November 15) to arrive at St Patrick's Church Killinagh, Blacklion for 1pm funeral mass. Burial afterward's in Killinagh Cemetery. Family flowers only donations in lieu if desired to Northwest Hospice Sligo or Daffodil Irish nurse's cancer society.
William Dermot O'Hara, The Warren, Boyle, Co Roscommon
O'Hara, William Dermot, The Warren, Boyle, Co. Roscommon, died November 11, 2016, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at North West Hospice, Sligo. Funeral Mass on Tuesday 15th at 11am, with removal to Lakelands Cremtorium for Service at 2.30pm, followed by cremation. No flowers, donations, if desired, to North West Hospice, Sligo. House strictly private please.
Eileen Flanagan (née McGreevy), Ballygarden, Strokestown and Carrick-on-Shannon, Co Roscommon
Eileen Flanagan late of Woodbrook, Carrick-on-Shannon died peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family. Removal today, November 15, to Kiltrustan Church to arrive for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Kiltrustan Cemetery.
Thomas (Sonny) Maguire, Drumroosk, Kinawley, Co Fermanagh
Funeral Mass today, Tuesday, November 15 at St Naile's Church, Kinawley at 11am followed by burial in New Cemetery.
Leonard Egan, Castleplunket/ Boyle, Co Roscommon
Leonard Egan, Mullygallon, Castleplunkett, Castlerea and formerly of Boyle, Co Roscommon died on Sunday, November 13 at the residence of his son Frank. Leonard will repose at the home of his son Frank Egan, Knockroe, Boyle today, November 15, from 6- 8pm and on Wednesday evening, November 16, at Flanagans Funeral Home, Castleplunkett from 5pm with removal at 7pm to St Paul's Church, Kilmurray. Funeral Mass on Thursday, November 17, at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in Toberelva Cemetery.
