Recent deaths in the Leitrim area

The following deaths have occurred in the Leitrim area:

Ryan Doyle, Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim /Edenderry, Co. Offaly

Funeral Mass this morning, Friday 25th at 11am in St. Mary's Church, Edenderry, Co. Offaly, followed by burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Edenderry.

Kevin Deehan, Dromahair, Co. Leitrim

Kevin Deehan, “The Acres”, Dromahair, Co Leitrim and formerly of Kellogyboy, Calry, Co. Sligo and Church Hill, Sligo. (Ex staff of Eircom), peacefully at Sligo University Hospital on Sunday November 20. Mass of Christian burial at 11.30am this morning, Friday 25th followed by burial in Cloonameehan Cemetery, Bunninadden, Co. Sligo.

Kathleen McNama (née Kemmett), Tawneylea, Drumkeerin, Co Leitrim
Reposing at the residence of her daughter Mary at Tawneylea until 5.30pm this evening, Friday 25th. Removal on Friday evening to St Brigid's Church, Creevelea, arriving at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 12 noon followed by burial in Drumkeerin Cemetery.

Noel Gallagher, Garrison, Co Fermanagh

Noel Gallagher at the South West Acute Hospital, Enniskillen. House private this Friday morning. Remains will arrive in Mary Queen of Peace Church, Garrison, on Friday for 11am Funeral Mass followed by private cremation on Saturday in the Lakeland Crematorium, Cavan.

Greg Dunne, Summerhill Court, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co Leitrim

Greg Dunne died peacefully on Thursday 24th November at the Galway Clinic. Pre-deceased by his wife Margaret and daughter Albertine. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving daughters Geraldine and Jackie, son Patrick, brother Angus, sister-in-law Breda. Extended family Natasha, Greg,Mathew, Kirsten, Sonia, Darren, Leigh, Brian, Kevin, Chris, Sheila, Ber, Mary, Jeannette, Evelyn, Alva, John, Alan, Molly, Miya, Daisy, Amelia and Danny, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his residence on Saturday 26th from 4 o'clock until 8 o'clock. Removal on Sunday to the Patrician Hall, Cortober, Carrick-on-Shannon for Mass of Christian Burial at 1.30pm with funeral afterwards to St. Mary's Cemetery.No flowers by request, donations in lieu, if desired to the North West Hospice, Sligo. House private on Sunday please.

Pat Lynch,  Cleaheen, Hartley Bridge, Cootehall, Boyle, Co Roscommon

Pat Lynch died on Wednesday 23rd November peacefully at home. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving brother Tommy and sister Teresa, brother-in-law Barry, sister-in-law Elizabeth, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.Reposing at St. Patrick's Hospital Mortuary, Carrick-on-Shannon, on Saturday evening from 5.30pm until 7pm with removal to St.Michael's Church, Cootehall, arriving at 8pm. Mass of Christian Burial on Sunday at 11.30am with funeral afterwards to Ardcarne Cemetery.
