One Leitrim settlement for €102,000

The Revenue Commissioners has published its latest List of Tax Defaulters

The latest tax defaulters list shows one settlement from Co Leitrim.

The settlements for the period beginning on 1st October 2018 and ending on 31st December 2018, showed a settlement of €102,906.44 against Desmond Waterstone, The Coach House, Jamestown, Co. Leitrim.

The computer consultant's settlement consisted of €64,671 in tax, €18,834.24 in interest and €19,401.20 in penalties for underdeclaration of income tax and capital gains tax.

Meanwhile, Clem Tully, a farmer from Slatta, Kilglass, Co. Roscommon made a settlement totalling €72,784 for non declaration of capital gains tax.
