A file is being prepared for the DPP
A 50-year-old man arrested as part of ongoing investigations into incidents that took place at Falsk, Strokestown, Co. Roscommon on December 16, 2018 has been released without charge.
A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The man was arrested in Co Roscommon on March 7, and detained at Castlerea Garda station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939.
This is the sixth individual arrested as part of the investigation to date, two are currently before the courts.
