There is an ongoing incident at the bridge in Carrick-on-Shannon this evening.
Emergency services are attending the scene where a person can be seen standing outside the wall of the bridge.
There is a large traffic delay on the N4 heading in the Sligo direction while traffic is moving across the bridge in the other direction.
