Kathleen Moran (née Lynch), Aughameeny, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co Leitrim, peacefully, in her 97th year at Lough Erril Nursing Home, Mohill, in the exceptional care of the nurses and staff surrounded by her loving family. Pre-deceased by her husband Willie, parents Patrick and Catherine, brothers John-James, Terry and Michael (recently deceased), sisters May (Clarke) and Frances (McCarthy). Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her devoted sons James (Carrick-on-Shannon), Paddy (Carrick-on-Shannon) and William (London), daughters-in-law Phil, Pauline and Tanya, grandchildren Eilís, Kevin, Sinead, Colm, Helen, Louise, Donal and Padraig, great-grandchildren Lola and Jack, sister Bridie Lynch (Drumshanbo), nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and friends. Reposing at the residence of her son James and daughter-in-law Phil (Aughameeny, Carrick-on-Shannon) on Saturday from 2 o’clock until 7 o’clock. Removal to St. Mary’s Church, Carrick-on-Shannon on Sunday evening arriving at 6 o’clock. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 12 o’clock with funeral afterwards Jamestown Cemetery.
Francie Maguire, Rathfarnham, Dublin / Carrigallen, Co Leitrim
Francie Maguire, Rathfarnham, Dublin / Carrigallen, Co Leitrim, suddenly in St. Vincent’s University Hospital with his family by his side. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his heartbroken family, his beloved wife Angela, children Siobhán, Peter, Deirdre and Ornaith, his cherished grandchildren Jane, Cole, Alice, Katie, Jonah, Hugo, Jonathan, Juliette, Aline and baby Rory, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother Jerome, sisters Mary and Margaret, extended family and friends, especially all his friends in Ballinteer, St. John’s GAA Club. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum on Friday afternoon (9th December) from 3 pm to 5 pm. Removal on Saturday morning (10th December) to the Church of the Divine Word, Marley Grange arriving for Funeral Mass at 10 am followed by burial at (Cemetery to be advised on Friday). Enda McCormack, Kilmactranny, Co Sligo
The death has occurred of Enda McCormack, Annaghgowan, Kilmactranny, Co. Sligo, on December 8th 2022, peacefully, in the tender care of the staff of Drumderrig Nursing Home, Boyle. Pre-deceased by his loving wife Patricia, brothers Brendan and Paschal, sisters Eileen, Teresa (Teesie), Dympna (Mc Keon), Sr. Margaret (MMM), Rosaleen, Cathy (Conlon) and Una. Enda will be sadly missed by his sister Agatha (White) Dublin, nephews, niece, nephews-in-law, nieces-in-law, relatives, neighbours and his many friends. Reposing at Shivnan’s Funeral Home, Ballyfarnon, on Saturday evening from 5.00pm until 7.00pm. Removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Highwood, on Sunday morning (December 11th) arriving for Mass at 10.45am, followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at 2.30pm approximately.
Pedar Cox, Arva, Co Cavan
The death has occurred of Peadar Cox, Coronea, Arva, suddenly at his home on 9th December 2022. Loving husband of Bridie, (Briget), nee Cullen. Predeceased by his father Michael, mother Maureen, brothers Michael, nephew Patrick. Sadly missed by his brother Tony, sister-in-law, Rose, Nellie, Mary Kate, nephews Anthony, Michael, Jerry, grand nephew Aaron, relatives, neighbours and many friends. May he rest in peace. Reposing at his home on Saturday from 4pm to 8pm. Removal from his home on Sunday morning to The Church of Immaculate Conception, Coronea for Funeral Mass at 1pm. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
