Lough Rynn Sports Hub launch indoor rowing programme

Lough Rinn Sports Hub in partnership with Leitrim Sports Partnership and Carrick Rowing Club are delighted to create an opportunity for the people of Lough Rinn Mohill and the surrounding area to try indoor rowing.

The six week programme will take participants through the basic skills of indoor rowing on concept 2 row ergs. The programme will involve some exercise movements which will support the ability to row.

Exercises increasing core strength, arm strength and leg strength will support participants ability to row. Coaches from Carrick rowing club will coach participants on how to increase their ability over the six week programme.

Indoor rowing will begin on Thursday March 3, at Mohill Topline Community Sports Hub with the women’s programme at 7pm and the men’s at 8pm, booking on Eventbrite.
