Galway Half-Ironman: Best of Luck to our members racing this event on Sunday next September 2, Andrew Flynn, Andrew Brennan, Tom Cronin, Kenny Murtagh, Will Little and Mark Butler. Hopefully the weather holds out for ye and the racing is good.

Lough Key Sprint Triathlon: Everything is coming along nicely for our Lough Key Sprint Triathlon on September 9. We welcome everybody to come out and see what Triathlon is all about and shout on the athletes. Race starts at 10.30 on Sunday 9th
Simon Community Swim from Jamestown Weir to Drumsna: A great turnout from the club and a nicely run event, with over 70 entrants and a few euro raised for a good cause.

Training: The Saturday cycle will be leaving Esquires at 07.30 but there will be no cycle on Saturday, September 8. Open Water Swims in Lough Key every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7.00 and evening at 6.15. Those interested in run sessions should contact Roy at roykelly1@gmail.com Full sprint triathlon training Sunday morning, starting at 8 am. We have invited any competitors that have signed up for our race to come and join us on Sunday morning.
