Colin Griffin will get an early view of London ahead of the Olympics as he travels over to appear at a special benefit night for the Ballinamore Olympian in The Jameson Bar in West Kensington next Friday, June 15.

Colin Griffin will get an early view of London ahead of the Olympics as he travels over to appear at a special benefit night for the Ballinamore Olympian in The Jameson Bar in West Kensington next Friday, June 15.

The Jameson is owned by Ballinamore native Damien Smyth and with London hosting the world’s biggest sporting event, the Leitrim crowd is sure to turn out in force to honour their Olympian. Colin will attend on the night before heading out to Spain for a training camp.

Leitrim people are urged to support the fantastic achievements of Colin and wish him good luck in the London Olympics 2012 and the night will get underway at 7 pm. The Jameson is situated at 43 Blythe Road, West Kensington, London, W14 0HR and the nearest Tube station is Hammersmith. Music by the Connemara Ceili Band on the night followed by the world famous DJ Johnny McGovern. Finger food will be served.
