The following deaths have occurred:


Francis Murphy - Ballygawley, Co. Sligo / Killargue, Co. Leitrim

Francis Murphy, Ballygawley, Co. Sligo and formerly of Lugnaskeehan, Killargue, Co. Leitrim at at St Phelim's Nursing Home, Dromahair on Sunday, 30th October, 2016. Reposing at St Phelim's Nursing Home on Monday evening from 6pm until 7pm followed by removal to Brigid's Church, Killargue arriving at 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning at 11am. Burial afterwards in Killargue New Cemetery.

Peter Sexton - Ballinamuck, Co. Longford

Peter Sexton, Kiltycreevagh, Ballinamuck, Co. Longford, peacefully at Mullingar General Hospital on Sunday, 30th October, 2016. Pre-deceased by his brothers Patrick and James. Sadly missed by his cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Our Lady's Manor, Edgeworthstown on Monday from 3pm with evening prayers at 4.45pm followed by removal to St Patrick's Church, Ballinamuck to arrive at 6pm. Funeral mass on Tuesday, 1st November, at 12 midday, with burial afterwards in Tubberpatrick Cemetery.

Peter Faughnan - Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Roscommon

Peter Faughnan, Riverside House, Shannon View, Cortober, Carrick-on-Shannon, Co. Roscommon on Sunday, October 30th, 2016 (peacefully) at Drumderrig Nursing Home, Boyle. Pre-deceased by his wife Girlie. Beloved father and grandfather. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his devoted family Gerard and Phil, Declan and Margaret, Damien and Harold, grandchildren Matthew, Luke and Dan, sisters-in-law Enda and Mary, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at his residence on Monday from 5 o'clock until 8 o'clock and on Tuesday from 5 o'clock until 8 o'clock. Removal to the Patrician Hall, Cortober on Wednesday, 2nd November to arrive for Mass of Christian Burial at 1 o'clock with funeral afterwards to Mohill Cemetery.

Anna May (Cissie) Mulligan - Aughnacliffe, Co. Longford

Anna May (Cissie) Mulligan (née Hudson), Clonback, Aughnacliffe, Co. Longford, on Saturday, 29th October, 2016, peacefully at Laurel Lodge Nursing Home surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her husband Michael and daughter Breege Luby. Sadly missed by her son P.J. Clonback, daughters Bernadette McGrath, Ballinalee and Anna Sheridan, Killdallan, Ballyconnell and her brother Michael, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. Reposing at her home in Clonback today, Monday, from 12 o'clock to 10 o'clock. Remains will be removed from her home on Tuesday to Colmcille's Church arriving for 12 o'clock Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. House private on Tuesday morning please.

Jim Curnyn - Ballina, Co. Mayo / Glangevlin, Co. Cavan

Jim Curnyn, Culleens, Killala Road, Ballina Co. Mayo and formerly of Glangevlin, Co. Cavan on Friday, 28th October, 2016. Predeceased by his beloved wife Margaret. Jim is deeply regretted by his loving family James (Dublin), Mary McGregor (Killala) and Tommy (Celbridge, Co. Kildare), sister Kay (New York), daughters-in-law Siobhan and Audrey, son-in-law Alec, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.  Requiem mass today Monday at 12.30pm with burial afterwards in Leigue Cemetery, Ballina.


Eilish Kelly - Legan, Co. Longford

Eilish Kelly, Coracorkey, Legan, Co. Longford on Friday, 28th October, 2016, peacefully at the General Hospital, Mullingar and previously in Our Lady's Manor, Edgeworthstown. Predeceased by her sister Mary Shanley and her brother John. Deeply regretted by her loving family Michael (Strokestown), Joe and Bridget (Coracorkey), and Margaret Neary (Tulsk), sister-in-law Nora, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.  Mass of the resurrection today, Monday, at 11 o'clock with burial afterwards in Kilglass Cemetery.

Lily Lennon - Strokestown, Co. Roscommon

Lily Lennon (née McCrann), Church St., Strokestown, Co. Roscommon on Thursday, 27th October, 2016 at Cloverhill Nursing Home, predeceased by her husband John. She will be sadly missed by her niece Helen, relatives and friends.  Funeral Mass on Monday, October 31st, at 11am. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.

Eddie Feeley - Blacklion, Co. Cavan

Eddie Feeley late of Stranamorth, Blacklion, County Cavan, (Former Member and Cathaoirleach of Cavan County Council), peacefully, at home surrounded by his loving family. Deeply regretted by his wife Patsy, his sons, Eddie (Boston, U.S.A), Jimmy, Bernard (Mullaghdun), Philip, Myles, Patrick and John Paul (Member Cavan County Council), his daughters-in-law Denise, Martina, Celia, Bernadette and Angela, his twenty grandchildren, his sister, Nora Carty (London), his extended family, neighbours and many friends. Predeceased by his brothers, Pappy, Jimmy, Myles and sister Annie. Requiem Mass in Saint Patrick’s Church, Killinagh, Blacklion, on Monday, 31st October at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
