The Queen of England is scheduled to visit Enniskillen as part of the Diamond Jubilee Tour to Northern Ireland this month.
Queen Elizabeth II is due visit Northern Ireland on June 26 & 27 accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh. She will travel to Belfast and to Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, where eleven people were killed on November 8 1987 when an IRA bomb exploded.
Although details of the visit to Northern Ireland were released last week, it is not known if the hospitalisation of Prince Philip, the Queen’s husband could hinder or delay the visit.
The Duke of Edinburgh, aged 90 spent a night in hospital with a bladder infection at the weekend, it is understood he will remain in hospital under observation for a few days.
The Queen has previously visited Northern Ireland in 1977 and in 2002.
