Sásta fitness, a popular and rapidly growing health, fitness and weight loss franchise is the brainchild of Leitrim based entrepreneur Fiona Egan, along with her business partner Joe Whyte of Innovative Fitness Solutions and they are set to hit our TV screens in the new year when they feature on RTE’s Nationwide programme to be screened at 7pm on Monday January 7.
The episode, which features a segment on location at Innovative Fitness Solutions in Boyle where the treadmill based fitness pod, utilising vacuum technology are manufactured and the sumptuous sásta fitness studio in Sligo, showcases the girls mentoring and helping local woman Lisa McLoughlin as she turns her life around in a compelling feat to realise her dream of living a healthier lifestyle.
The sásta fitness pod is a treadmill-based exercise machine which utilises vacuum technology. Clients wear a special suit which seals the vacuum from the waist down resulting in creation of a negative pressure which accelerates fat burn.
Working out on the Sásta fitness pod also results in improved blood circulation in lower body parts which are naturally prone to excessive fat deposits such as the abdomen, hips, buttocks and thighs. As the Client walks or runs in the Sásta fitness pod they can select whatever level they are comfortable exercising at and build up from a light walk to a jog as they wish. The Sásta fitness pods are only available through accredited sásta franchises.
Sásta understands the importance of combining exercise with good Nutrition so sásta offers their clients a range of FREE extras to complement their sásta fat burning pod workout and ensure they shed the kilos, making them feel and look fantastic as they ring in the New Year and stay true to those resolutions in 2013. sásta is like having your own personal trainer with one to one coaching where the sásta team are committed to motivating clients to achieve their goals, in a fun way and without feeling deprived.
Sásta founder and Business Development Director Fiona Egan said, “Weight has always been an issue for me, being 10 stone at 10 years of age; I struggled to maintain a healthy weight throughout my life. I’m delighted and very proud to have found a sustainable solution to my weight struggle with sásta fitness and thrilled to be featured on RTE’s Nationwide programme. For many, a new year brings positivity and that usually means change.
With that in mind, sásta fitness is rolling out a series of creative and innovative healthy options for clients including exercise programmes, recipes and meal planning advice as well as on-going support and tracking reports through our various studios.”
As 2013 dawns, the time has certainly come to shine for the successful, hardworking business duo of Egan and Whyte and their inclusion in the RTE Nationwide programme is set to highlight the variety of services they provide to their local communities and beyond through employment and innovation as well as inspiring and helping the nation to get fit and stay fit.
With Sásta’s state of the art studios, designed by Boyle celebrity interior design genius Neville Knott already successfully operating in Sligo and Cavan, Fiona is throwing down the Sásta challenge this New Year to those who wish to resolve to lose a clothes size in just four weeks.
