The Ulsterbus service between Enniskillen and Bundoran has been withdrawn because not enough passengers were using it.
Translink, the parent company of Ulsterbus, said that it had made changes to its timetable to help reduce costs.
This follows what the company described as a significant reduction to its public funding.
The changes were made following one of the largest consultation exercises with its passengers and stakeholders.
Passengers can still use the Bus Eireann service to make the Enniskillen to Bundoran journey.
