THE FAMILY of a 22-year-old Drumkeerin woman who was missing for six days were relieved yesterday evening, Tuesday, to discover that she has been located in Dublin.

Family members had travelled to Ennis, Co Clare to search for her after hotel CCTV footage caught images of Caitríona Horan at 2.30pm on Saturday last.

A law graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Ms Horan, who had been living with her mother in Tawnylea, Drumkeerin, had gone to Dublin to meet with family and friends last Wednesday, February 9.

She was seen outside the gates of the Trinity College at 5.15pm, when she walked off in the direction of Dame Street in Dublin city centre.

A friend had been given the impression that she was going to visit her sister in Ashtown, Co Dublin.

However her family failed to hear from her and they reported her missing. Ms Horan apparently sent a text message to her mother on Thursday and withdrew money from her account but no further trace of her was found until reports emerged that she was in the Ennis area.

She was later seen boarding a bus to Limerick/Cork, but was thankfully located in Dublin.
