Shane Gillen and Niall Breslin are proud to support North West Hospice “25 for 25“ campaign. The campaign was launched earlier this month with Kian Egan showing his support.
“25 for 25” is a special fund-raising campaign to mark the 25th anniversary of the founding of North West Hospice. They are seeking 2,500 donations of €25 each to help support the continued provision and further improvement, of free hospice services throughout Sligo, Leitrim and south Donegal.
Donors to “25 for 25” will receive a special (limited to 2,500) North West Hospice lapel pin so that supporters can wear the emblem with pride. Donations to the campaign can be made through the shop section of the hospice website ( www.northwesthospice.ie )or directly at the hospice office on the Mall, Sligo,071 9143317.
It costs €2 million to run the hospice’s services each year. . They receive €1 million through voluntary donations and fundraising and €1 million from the HSE. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly towards the maintenance and development of hospice care throughout Sligo, Leitrim and south Donegal.
There is also a special sterling silver pin designed and made by Martina Hamiliton of The Cat and Moon Sligo. They cost €100 and can be ordered by contacting the Hospice
