The High Court has approved fresh bail terms for Property Developer Kevin McGeever, the former millionaire developer charged with wasting Garda time.
He was remanded in custody at Harristown District Court last month after he failed to come up with money for court bail. His lawyers sought to have the original terms of his bail amended because he was not in a position to come up with the cash.
The 68-year-old from Craughwell in Co Galway was charged following a Garda investigation launched in January this year after he was found on a roadside close to Ballinamore .
McGeever must sign on three times a week and surrender his travel documents. He was released on his own bond of €10k and is due to appear at Loughrea Court on September 4.
