Fine Gael Deputy, John Perry, has confirmed the allocation of €114,585.45 for a number of health and safety upgrades at St. Anglea’s College, Sligo.

Fine Gael Deputy, John Perry, has confirmed the allocation of €114,585.45 for a number of health and safety upgrades at St. Anglea’s College, Sligo.

Deputy Perry commented that “the projects relate to safety in laboratories, fire safety, energy management and some urgent refurbishment to accommodate new programmes”.

The TD told the Leitrim Observer that he is pleased that his “representations to the Minister have been successful”.

Deputy Perry added that he will now “re-double his efforts to have Departmental funding for the planned Link Building included in the next Educational Capital Budget”.
