Allsop Space today announced details of their September 16th auction, which will see five properties from all across Co Leitrim a combination of both residential and retail investment opportunities go under the hammer.
With up to 261 properties in the auction catalogue and a combined reserve of €60m, it is set to be their biggest to date.
The Allsop Space auction catalogue includes five Co Leitrim properties from areas including Carrick-on-Shannon, Tullaghan, Carrigallen and Dromod, comprising of both prime residential and retail investment opportunities. The demand for these types of investments is well documented and Allsop Space are confident that the prime investment properties available in this auction will see them yield impressive progress in helping to meet the demand in the market.
The properties from Co Leitrim, which will go under the hammer include:

Further echoing current market trends, the general profile of Allsop Space clients has changed significantly in recent months, moving from 87% cash buyers earlier in the year to less than 50% as of their July auction. This reflects the positive movement within the industry and an increased confidence, which saw cash buyers account for approximately only one in three purchases in the property market in the second quarter of 2014, down 50% from the previous quarter.
