The Hawkswell in Sligo will host the second annual Change Your Mind mental health festival on the 5th of October.
The free event, run by Sligo-Leitrim mental health services, aims to destigmatise the topic of mental health by sparking conversations and empowering people to share their stories.
This is the second year of the event, which was pioneered in Sligo last year, and doors will open at 11am and close at 7pm.
