
A holiday complex in Dromahair, Leitrim, is now back on the market with an asking price of €1.2m through D.M Auctions Ltd.
The former Breffni Holiday Village Complex, which sits on a circa 11.6 acres site within Dromahair town, is back on the market by private treaty, due to a cancellation.
The former complex which was operated as a self-contained holiday village includes a former hotel, several apartments and timber-built chalets.
The complex also comprises of the ruins of O’Rourkes Castle.
The Lodge is a four bedroom house with four apartments and a separate apartment at the rear. There are eight three bedroom two-storey houses, six one bedroom single storey chalets, a former French restaurant and the ruins of the renowned O Rourkes banqueting hall.
The river Bonet meanders through the site and it's connected to all main services.

The five apartments are all separate with their own electric and heating system and there are eight two storey three-bed houses which were built in the 1983/1984. There is one block of four houses together and two blocks of two semi-detached houses.
There are six one-bed detached chalets which were built in the early 1990s. There is a purpose built former French restaurant which was built in 1987/1988 and the restaurant has its own separate entrance and a also a spacious carparking area.
All of the above buildings are in a poor state or repair and in need of total refurbishment.
