A residential housing planning application in North Leitrim has been submitted by EBV Construction for a development at Aigéan Croith, located in Duncarbry Townland, Tullaghan.
The proposal, which was lodged on December 15, seeks permission for the construction of 15 residential units, along with the completion of associated roads and services at the Aigéan Croith development.
The planned development comprises a mix of housing types. It includes eight detached, four-bedroom, storey-and-a-half houses, six semi-detached, two-bedroom bungalows, and one detached, five-bedroom bungalow. The proposed works also include the completion of roads and services within the development.
The application relates to a site that previously received planning approval under Planning Permission Reference PL.04/1667, with the current submission intended to progress and complete the development in line with updated plans.
A decision on the application is expected to be made by Leitrim County Council by February 17.
