A secluded residential cottage nestled in woodland on 42.25 acres of land is scheduled to go on sale in Leitrim this April.
The property described as “suitable for off-grid living” is located in Kildorragh, just outside of Ballinamore and is accessible through a local lane off the Newtowngore road.
It will go to public auction on Thursday, 23rd of April at 12:00 PM with an advised minimum bid of €225,000. The auction and property sale will be handled by Brady’s Real Estate Agents.

The building itself is bare and largely unfurnished, though is described as a three-bed, one-bath detached property with an estimated stamp duty of €2,250.
The land comprises three sections, made up of about half broadleaf forestry and half green land.
The farmland is described as being of very good quality and excellent for grazing. While the forestry is broad leaf, planted between 2000 and 2005, it has some Ash Dieback.
This would qualify for the reinstatement scheme, and the forest at this property would be a suitable applicant for the Woodland Improvement Scheme, according to the sellers.
