Soup for Simon

Enjoy your soup while helping others
You can make a difference.
By getting involved in the ‘Soup for Simon’ campaign, you can help to give someone who is homeless, or at risk of being homeless, the stability, support and safety they need to make a fresh start.
The concept is simple, local restaurants and cafés are donating €1 from each bowl of soup they sell during this year’s national Simon Week (Monday 26th September – Sunday 2nd October). A small ask that requires little action and has the potential to make a powerful impact.
All proceeds will be used effectively and transparently to prevent and address homelessness here in Sligo/Leitrim.
If you buy a soup in any of the following café’s/restaurants during Simon Week – 26th Sept to 2nd Oct €1 will go to the North West Simon Community:
Sweet Geranium on the High St in Drumshanbo
Beirne’s of Battlebridge outside Leitrim Village
The Brandywell and Cox’s Steakhouse in Dromod
Crumbs Sandwich Bar, The Oarsman, The Bush Hotel and Vittos in Carrick-on-Shannon.
Don't worry we will remind you all again in time for lunch next week!
