Leitrim ranks 19th in the country in Lotto funding per head of population in 2011.
The county received a total of €190,199 from the National Lottery last year which equates to €5.98 per head of population. The Leitrim total is significantly lower than any other county. Nationally, €41,376,984 was paid out in grants.
Sligo was the highest in the country with €23.35 per head, Longford came 3rd with €14.43, Roscommon 12th €9.13 and Cavan 13th €8.92.
