Order given to wind up Beirnes Bins

Customers of waste collection service, Beirnes Bins Elphin Limited are being advised to seek alternative collection facilities after a High Court order was granted to wind up the company.

Customers of waste collection service, Beirnes Bins Elphin Limited are being advised to seek alternative collection facilities after a High Court order was granted to wind up the company.

The order was granted on May 14, on the petition of Danske Bank Z/S Trading as National Irish Bank.

Under the terms of the order the High Court stipulated that Beirnes Bins Elphin Limited be wound up by the Court. George Maloney of Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon was also appointed Official Liquidator for the purposes of the winding up.

The company provided commercial and residential waste collection services to a wide area of the North West taking in counties Leitrim and Roscommon.
