With just three months to go until cyclists Jonathan Costello and Karol McNern undertake their three day, 800 km journey in aid of the North West Hospice, the duo are this weekend, undertaking their toughest training session to date.

The ‘Leitrim Lads’ (pictured right) will cycle ten laps of Lough Melvin this coming Saturday, April 11 and are inviting all cyclists, from beginner to advanced level to join them.

Whether it’s for a single lap, two laps or up to ten laps of the lake, Jonathan and Karol will be delighted to see you. All the lads ask is donation of €10 on the day.

Anyone interested in taking part in the cycle is asked to be at Kinlough Community Centre on Saturday morning at 11am.

All monies raised will go towards the North West Hospice.
