They will be in the Bush Hotel, Carrick this Thursday 11th at 8pm, hosted by the local Campaign against Fracking.
“In Peru, the Conga gold mining project, if it goes ahead, could destroy rivers, mountain lakes and hundreds of hectares of wetlands.
“In Colombia, Transnational Anglo gold Ashanti has been carrying out illegal explorations with a view to having one of the biggest open cast mines in South America.” Admission free.
