Sean Quinn wrote an open letter to authors Gavin Daly and Ian Keogh of the new book ‘Citizen Quinn’ last week.
In the letter, Quinn said “I have read your book with interest, and I feel compelled to comment on a continuous theme throughout.” He has a problem with the “on-going lack of co-operation” the book says the Quinn Group management and family had.
Quinn points out that his family had suggested “mediation as a mechanism to settle this dispute” with IBRC.
He said that his daughter Aoife contacted Mr Daly to point out the inaccuracies.
Sean Quinn concluded saying it is unfortunate that the book tells the story from the view of those who “destroyed our companies.”
